In Brazil, inflation is at <strong data-start=\"1122\" data-end=\"1130\">5,1%<\/strong>, while here in the US it revolves around <strong data-start=\"1171\" data-end=\"1179\">2,7%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"992\" data-end=\"1326\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"992\" data-end=\"1326\">And the real? million if you are elderly)<br data-start=\"2222\" data-end=\"2225\" \/>\u2705 <strong data-start=\"2227\" data-end=\"2250\">Assessment limit<\/strong>: annual appreciation limited to 15%<br data-start=\"2284\" data-end=\"2287\" \/>\u2705 <strong data-start=\"2289\" data-end=\"2360\">Plan to eliminate property taxes entirely by 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2364\" data-end=\"2572\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2364\" data-end=\"2572\">This may represent a <strong data-start=\"2390\" data-end=\"2427\">savings of up to US$1,800 per year<\/strong> in a property
