On the other hand, prices have risen consistently. The average sales value reached $470.700, an increase of 5,47% compared to 2023. The median price has already risen to $385.000, a growth of 2,67%This shows that, despite the reduction in sales, the market remains attractive and valued.

THE Orlando real estate market in 2024 showed clear contrasts. At the beginning of the year, we observed a certain slowdown in sales, but prices continued to rise. In first trimester, the average price had already increased 4,80%, closing in $453.183.
As the year progressed, sales volumes continued to decline in the second and third trimesters, but the average price continued to rise, surpassing $482.000 in June.
